One of my recommendations for diabetics who want to reduce their sugar levels is endurance/cardiovascular (walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming) and strengthening of big muscles like core, gluts, quads and hips. Please make sure you check your sugar levels prior, during and after exercises.
